Shipping policy

We sell printed Music Match Bingo ticket packs, 120 tickets to a pack, for venues that have a BeeBox system. No track list, CD or playlist is supplied. We send your order from an Amazon warehouse on our behalf.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

What it costs
Delivery is £2.99 per order. Orders over £50 are delivered free. You see the delivery charge at checkout before you pay. Each pack is £9.99 and the price includes VAT.

When it arrives
We send your order by standard delivery. At checkout you see an estimated delivery window. It is an estimate, not a promised date, because delivery time depends on the carrier.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

If something is wrong with your delivery
Email support@beeboxsystems.co.uk with your order number. If your parcel is damaged, has the wrong pack in it or does not arrive, we will put it right.
