Refund policy
You can cancel your order and return the tickets within 14 days of receiving them, and we will refund you.
Check before you buy
You need a BeeBox system to use these tickets. They are for venues that already have one. No track list, CD or playlist is supplied. If you do not have a BeeBox system, please do not buy them. If you are not sure, ask us before you order: support@beeboxsystems.co.uk.
How to return your order
- Email support@beeboxsystems.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Give your order number and say you want to cancel.
- Post the packs back to BeeBox Systems Ltd, Unit G02 & G03, Workspace, Quay Rd, Blyth NE24 3AF, within 14 days of telling us. Keep your proof of postage.
Who pays for the return
You pay the cost of posting the packs back to us.
Condition of the packs
Please send the packs back complete and as you received them.
Your refund
We refund the price of the packs to the card or PayPal account you paid with, within 14 days of getting the packs back or of seeing proof that you posted them. If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the delivery charge you paid.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong packs
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or with the wrong pack in it, email us within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we pay the postage. This does not affect your legal rights.
